I contacted Cell C's customer service as I have reached my set call limit and wanted to increase it for the remainder of the month. I spoke the the "representative" who was clearly not willing to assist me, even though I explained that I needed to use the phone and can't do with it for the rest of the month (as a result of a waiting period of 24 to 48 hours). What happens when I urgently need to use the phone as a result of an emergency? I have now been put on hold for more than 40 minutes (and counting), to speak to the so-called manager. Is this how you treat all of your clients (I have recently transferred from Vodacom and I am now regretting the move). Not even "poor" will describe how bad the service is. Pretty pathetic Cell C!
