SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I reported my phone on Saturday 12 Oct at 11am - the call centre consultant could not provide me with an ITC No because there was an error on the system and as a result the case had to be referred to the "Blacklisting Dept". I was told I would receive a call back within 2-24 hours. I was also told if I visited a Cell C shop they would be able to assist me. I drove to the Woodmead shop and the consultant was also unable to assist. I have just tried calling the call centre to follow up and was told the case has not been looked at yet. (It is Monday 14th Oct at 11 am). I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for FIVETEEN MINUTES only to be hung up on.

My insurance company will not pay out the claim until I receive that ITC number and as a result I cannot replace my phone. I 100% rely on my phone for business and cannot sit around waiting.

The customer service I have received from Cell C to date is absolutely appauling and I would not recommend this provider.
