3 Weeks ago I sent MTN SP customer care an e-mail describing the network problem I and many other MTN users have been experiencing since early December. To date this problem has not been sorted out yet alone a response from MTN. I am now paying for two contracts that serve no purpose; a 3G card that I need tor work and university on a daily basis and a cell-phone contract that I can't really use due to the terrible network signal.
I expect that this matter be dealt with urgently especially since it's been going since early December 2012.
