Damaged Unit - POOR SERVICE

I have been with Cell C for many years. I was part of the 'Red Carpet treatment' because I spend so much money every month and now I believe that has been done away with.
I recently upgraded to the Iphone 5 and within weeks it stopped working. I couldn't receive a signal and therefore could not make or receive calls. It was booked in and fixed and now only a month later, it is broken yet again, with the same problem. I called Cell C JHB head office after trying to speak to someone at customer service an being put on 'hold' for about 30 minutes. I could hear the staff in the background! I wasn't even put on hold! I was forgotten.
I spoke to a very rude Leratho who insisted that I cannot receive a replacement phone as it wasn't procedure, but when asking to speak to her manager, was told that he would just say the same thing. I insisted to speak to a manager and she insisted it was pointless. I was then put on hold, and after waiting some time, there were apparently no managers available. I wouldn't be surprised if she had just pretended to look for one.

I intend to ward people off ever joining the Cell C network for the rest of my life. Now I am stuck without a working phone.
