On the 4th October I went to bayside mall Telkom where I made a call to the call centre as I needed my residential line transferred because I have just moved from Tableview to Parklands. I spoke to a lady named Zizo who proceeded to request for transferial of my line and gave me the reference number 86933632A and advised that the technicians will connect my line within 14 to 21 working days. She then proceeded to offer me a special 25% discount on offpeak calls and weekends for the next 12 months I accepted. Now I phone telkom only to find out she lodged the sale of the promotion and she has not made a report about my line being connected I am so frustrated that telkom hires people who firstly cannot understand english they donot know the different provinces or areas in those provinces they cannot spell and you have to spell for them and they jist cannot do their job. Now got to relodge for my line to be connected and I donot know how I must now wait because of some incompetent person. I want this person Zizo to be dealt with. Really unacceptable!
