Call me back as agreed

I spoke to Zizo who was very helpful on the 9th of September.

It comes as no surprise that after Mweb released the ADSL line to Telkom, they did not update the status and refused to log a moving of premises order until Mweb has release the line. After a second call to Telkom they realised their mistake and Zizo committed to letting the technical team know that all that needs doing is for the incorrect pending status to be changed.

Zizo committed to get it done and phone me within 24 hours which she has refused to do.

Telkom, get your house in order, change the incorrect pending status and contact me so that the line can be activated at the new premises.
