Business Telephone Transfer Promise never Kept

On the 07/01/2013 I reported to Telkom (10210) that I was moving from the area I was operating in, and I wanted my landline cancelled. The call centre agent that answered the phone advised me not to cancel, but rather ask for a telephone transfer because Telkom does that free of charge. The call centre agent (by the name of ZIZO) even asked me about the new area I was moving in to, and I told her, and she said that there is no problem, Telkom would transfer my line within 21 working days, and she also asked me to give her my new office physical address, which I did give to her. Seeing that the 21 working days I was promised have lapsed, I then tried to contact Telkom again on the 31/01/2013, and the lady (Busisiwe Mosia) who answered the call told me that there was not even an order placed for my line transfer. She even gave me the call log number (CM441977) to support what she was saying in the future. Hardly 30 minutes after Busisiwe had dropped the call, then Zizo (the agent I spoke to on 07/01/2013) called me, and unfortunately I was on the freeway, driving, and she promised to call back on the very same day, and that she did not do. At 14H02 on 13/02/2013, I called again...
