1) Phone Line:
After upgrading my broadband to 10meg at the beginning of October, my Telkom phone line died. I sent a fault report to telkom and have been waiting for 5 days now!! I work from home so my Telkom line is essential!
2) Internet
Apart from my dead phone line my internet is terrible after the upgrade. It is on and off through the day and at times I am not even able to load Google! I have replaced by wireless router and even tried a different ISP but none have had an impact. Both ISP's have said this is a Telkom issue.
It is impossible to get in touch with them via their call centre so I have had to turn to Hello Peter...
