I went to my Vodashop the end of Aug to upgrade prematurely. I was told to cancel my contract with penalties and take out a new contract. I did that on 4 Sep
1. Vodacom deactivated my data bundle. I was told to buy data to activate the data. This did not work. After complaining again a consultant activated the data (but some of it had expired)
2. I ordered a phone (S4) online on 10 Sep. It was stated (webpage) that there might be stock issues. I was told on the 11th that I would get my phone on 13th. This did not happen. On 17 I was told that it would be delivered on the 19th. On the 19th was informed that the phone might be delivered 20th. I cancelled the deal
3. On 1 Oct, I again ordered a phone online - Note III. The webpage clearly stated that, if ordered and confirmed before noon, the phone would be delivered the next day (2 Oct). This was not done.
4. On Thursday morning I phoned "online sales service". I was told that stock will arrive on Fri (4 Oct). No answer could be given on why it was falsely advertised that the phone would be delivered the next day. Later a lady phoned me telling me that stock would only arrive next week
I am extremely upset about this
