Telkom bills me for Unlimited Calls every month

In January 2013, Telkom sent a message that they will install the ADSL line and Telkom line at my place. February, 4 I received a statement that I must pay R634 for this account. I went to Bayside Telkom to complain they told me to phone 10210 as they cannot help but my account is on unlimited calls to any Telkom number. Every month I would phone Telkom to complain about this billing as I had never chosen an unlimited line as I work during the day I dont need that service in my house. In April 2013 they suspended my line and told me to pay R1825. I called them but no success to explain same story. In August 2013 the line worked and I was sent a bill of R2800, phoned again to dispute this but no help and one of the consultants assured me that from now onwards my account will be for the landline, Adsl, gigs and calls made. In August, 31 the internet was reconnected. Today I received a message to pay R3535.60 for the line to be connected. This is ridiculous I had never even made a single call on the line and I should be paying for line rental. The last person I spoke I told her that I cant pay R2800 but today I get 700 over for what. Please help
