I have been with mweb for 6months the first 4months that i was with them i had no connection or download problems, after the 4th month they started to throttle me which i dont mind if you specify how much i can do on an UNCAPPED line. Now throttle means kill my line i cannot even browse a simple website took me 15min just to get into the mweb site to get the tech number. I did a speed test on my 1mb uncapped line and hit 0.08mbps (really mweb you call this throttling, to me this is killing my line and cannot do jack) so i will be moving over to a different isp at the end of this month ones that specify what my download limit is before throttling me, and i am on 11gig today since beginning of the month and being throttled WOW.
