Disgusting customer care and don't care attitude

I was due for an upgrade and was considering cancelling my contract when I was contacted by a so called upgrades specialist whom convinced me to take a Galaxy S4 on the Smart Plan 50 package for R 369.00/pm. the lady said that because they were running a promotion i will get 300MB of data instead of the 75MB which comes standard with this package. On the first of the month my account was debited but never received the data that i was promised, i only received the standard 75MB. i have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions and everytime all i hear is that the matter is under investigation. i still do not have the data i was promised and there has been on follow up from Telkom mobile. All i want is for somebody to get back to me with a solution or even just to let me know what is happening or just give me what i was promised and have ALREADY PAID FOR!!!
