When I did my upgrade I chose a contract that, according to the Specials Pamphlet in January included R200 airtime and 75mb of data with an additional 25mb until end of Feb 2013. Zahir said it was R258 a month which was the same as the pamphlet.
I phoned the call centre today to add an additonal 100mb a month but was told that there is no data at all on my contract. BREACH OF CONTRACT?
I then phoned the upgrade centre and Anthony said they will have to pull the call recording and listen to what the agent told me was included in the contract - but what about the PAMPHLET? It clearly stated that the contract I chose included 75mb data and an additional 25mb until the end of Feb. Now we wait. Everytime (3 times now) I have done an upgrade with Autopage something has gone wrong! Time to switch service providers???
