My Name is Tebogo. I am your honest customer, that is why everytime i pick up foul play i report it immediately. BUT you are not really caring what we do or Say because you never ASSIST or ACT after we query you.
1. Yesterday I recharged with 2xR60 MTN airtime, and the Purchased Uncapped Data, i activated it, and that was supposed to be used for 24 hours. I activated it at 14h45pm and today at 11;14am my airtime of approximately R70, 00 varnished from my phone? Your Call Centre could not even be able to see that i recharged with R120, 00 yesterday, she can only see calls i made, lol.
2. CLI, all incoming Call are on Private!!! What a disgusting MOVE? You never notify us of such technicalities because all you want is to deduct our accounts and further rob us airtimes... THIS IS NIO SWEET hey,
3. I hear that every month i pay R29, 00 for addidtional 75mb data bundles on the 21/September/2013, I have never received any 75mb additional Data for the past 12months, except for the package i pay R359, 00 for which is R200, 00 airtime, 75mb data and 25sms's.
I have never signed or agree to have additional data bundles and i have never received it. Please refund me fully.
