Poor customer feed back

I am livid at the appalling disservice I have received from vodacom regarding an upgrade for the new samsung note 3. I have been waiting for almost two weeks for the delivery of the phone and when I call the upgrades center I am often put on hold or cut off. The parade center claims that there is stock despite the back order status on my vodacom online account as I placed the order on 27/092013. I was then refereed to the their courier service who claims to not deal with vodacom and that my order number is of use to them. I have spend over three hours been put on hold, continuing this mundane process and I have had it. Vodacom's correspondence with its customers in such situations is poor and this is unacceptable. I have made calls and sent emails to no avail.
