Worst data service ever mtn 3g is useless

I currently have 2 MTN contracts 3g uncapped lite and topup 500 not one of these are able to connect with proper internet speeds I use to watch youtube etc but now I can't even open a web page I have phoned them twice with this complaint but the service calls just seem to be deleted or something cause I never receive a call as promised the problem has been going on for 2 weeks now
