We had our Uncapped Lite internet package with you for aprox 2-3 months now.
Everything has been great up untill yesterday, where I clearly got throttled due to obvious downloads.
My speedtests normally averages: 313kB/s down 215kB/s Up
I know this, because I keep daily logs of tests.
After you applied the throttle, I am now on a shamely 0.2kB/s down 10.8kB/s Up. Worst than dial-up Modem!!!
This is not what you ADVERTISED or what was agreed upon in the Contract...
You clearly Stated that when 3GB usage was reached, download speeds will be limited to 256kB/s.
This is however not even close to what I'm getting.
Please rectify this ASAP, i need to work from home remotely, and cannot even open a google search page at this stage.
PS: I have speedtest Logs that I can send you, should you need it.
