Very disappointed with your data deals. i was on a MTN 3GB uncapped lite and now im due for an upgrade when i find out you discontinued the package and the closest is the new 3GB 2GB for R299 but not uncapped. I was paying R289 for uncapped lite but now u wanna charge me for 5 GB for R299 and when i go over the 5 GB u will charge R2 per MB.!!! No topup on that either.
The fact that im on it already you cant disconnect me from it. I have been on it for 2 years and now you will loose not just me but loads of other clients that i know that's on the same package because i was on it.
if i cant stay on the package then 8ta or cellC will get more clients.
