Hi. Placed an order for Iphone 64GB in Dec 2012 and received in Jan 2013. Looked at my statement for 03 Jan 2013 and I have been billed for Iphone Talk 240 which includes 500mb of data. In Dec 2012 I was still using my Blackberry with BIS which I was also billed for. Tried explaining to upgrade agent that this is incorrect and she insisted it is fair. if you go through the upgrade call in Dec 2012 you will find the only i agreed to was the handset installment starting then and being billed in my 01 Feb 2013 Statement for Iphone Talk 240 and handset installment. End of the day I have been billed for upgrade in Dec2012 instead of Jan 2013. this is no on. I was promised that Esmi the Upgrades supervisor woudl give me a call. It i has been more than a week! I get two sms's on 23 Jan:

1. 06:52 pm Your upgrade (710 1943) migration to Iphone talk 240 is scheduled for 23/01/13. Should =you have any...

2. 06:07 Your contract has been extended to 18/12/2014. Should you have...

So the agents is NOT on the same page as what the "system" says. This is pathethic!
