I took a handset contract in 2011/08 *Blackberry 1980*. The contract was due for an upgrade 2013/08. I decided not to upgrade it because I lost the handset which unfortunately was not insured, then I had to continue paying pending a sim swap which I made to continue receivng airtime. I took a second contract in 2012/10 *Blackberry 9790* which I'm still paying for. When I decided not to upgrade my first contract, somebody used documents n took a third contract under my name. I received messages confirming a succesfull upgrade done in Pretoria West, yet I stay in Nelspruit and never been there. I enquired with customer care and it was revealed that it ws not an upgrade but a new contract because it had a third number appearing on my profile. I was billed for it since June until I decided to close the stop order in September, and decided to deposit the expected amount for my second handset as the first one had lapsed in August. I then continued to receive sms's informing me that my account is in arrears, yet I paid. I enquired and realised the fradulent account is the one tha is in arrears. Whenever I call customer care, I'm told they are investigating, since June 2013 Ju.
