2nd Complaint.
Here we are again and no service since the 4th October. Internet up and down like a yoyo. Cant even do a speed test. Same problem as before. Why cant we get what we pay for every month. Really thought we had sorted the problem out but clearly not, it happens every 1 to 2 months that we have to log a fault for the same problems. Has Telkom over subscribed and is this the reason that we constantly have problems. This is a business line. The downtime of my TELKOM line in this economy is devastating. Just received my fault no : 908CRK081013. Some response as to why continued problems occur on my line would be appreciated.
