Vodashop Potchefstroom

I recently went to a vodashop in Potchefstroom Mall. the one opposite the wimpy. We wanted to buy a couple of items in the store.

First of all we did not get any assistance in the store the personnel were sitting at the counter paying on their phones or something. So eventually we got all the stuff we needed and proceeded to the till to pay.

And guess what the person working at vodashop did not now what the price was on a item. Not explaining the problem he started calling some one to find out the price. After 20 min we still could not pay. Eventually he asked us to come back in 30min. We'll we did not...

I couldn't believe the poor poor service in store. And i dont know why and how vodacom can appoint such for tech support and sales in their stores.
