Very Poor Customer Care

I bought a new flip cover for my new Note3. The lady that assited me, handed me the flip cover, but took the packaging cover off and kept it. Getting hom I realized this cover was not for me. When I wanted to return the flip cover, having not used it at all, they said I cannot return it without the original box. But they took the box!!! They never suggested I keep the box in case I wanted to return it. I was quite willing only to exchange the item, not asking for my money back. But all to no avail. Needless to say, Elani vd Westhuizen was not very friendly or accommondating. I also wanted to upgrade two contracts at this same store. After waiting for almost tow weeks, and enquiring on numerous occasions about the phones they were going to order, I decided to try another Vodashop. Guess what, they helped me within 24 hours! Kolonade Vodashop surely disappointed me.
