There was particular blinds that I've been looking for and I called on the 2nd dec 2013 the Mr price customer service careline they told me that they were only available at the Potchefstroom store and that, I need to get hold of the store manager there and make an arrangement for them to be delivered at my nearest store. (sure enough as much as it's their job I did)
1. I immediately did that and a guy by the name Johnny confirmed the availability of the blinds and was going to put them aside for me for further arrangements.
2. He instructed me to go to my nearest store as he wouldn't be able to assist me if I wasn't at the store
3. I went to the store and explained the whole situation and they were surprised and gave me a lecture of how impossible it will be, as Potchefstroom was at a different province and handled by a different area manager, besides the items I was looking for were on marked down already and the value was too low for a courier arrangement
4. Eventually Robert came up with a plan of calling his area manager as there would be some store visit taking place at Potchefstroom during the course of that week and maybe then the area manager would bring them along
