I have been trying to contact CellC since the inception of a contract approx. 1 year ago to correct the name on a business account & to send me corrected invoices which are needed for SARS. Emails to customer "Care" go unanswered, calls to customer "Care" they cannot help & put requests through to the business department to contact me... This does not happen. I eventually get a number for the business dept but they are too busy & I must listen to a recording asking if I want my balance or email customer care! Finally I think I have got through to someone who has corrected the name... The next statement will be the proof, But I still cannot get through to anybody that can send corrected invoices. They will send a request for accounts to phone me... I have already experienced the lack of response to those requests for a year! Managers are all in a meeting which seems to be continuous because I am never able to speak to one! Accounts don't have a phone number? Someone will call me back within the hour... It is now 3 hours later, ...How can it take over a year to get something so simple done. I am extremely frustrated & they have the cheek to call it Customer Care!!!
