MTN Pavillion is refusing to assist me by giving my laptop's serial number after it being on 2 October Dezreen promised to call on Thursday and failed to do so. I have been awaiting since Saturday for the Manager Faziela's call to date nothing.
When you think MTN you think premium but this service is beyond cheap.
How in the world will I give the SAPS feedback when premium MTN fails to assist despite numerous visits and calls!
