STATEMENT FOR SARS

On Monday 1st July, I phoned customer care on 0860 101 341 to request a statement on our business's account for our bookkeeper in order to finalise our year-end. I was given a reference number only, because it was a call centre. The person who answered the phone, said it should take TWO business days. I phoned back yesterday (3rd July) and Tebogo answered the phone. She said I should wait until the end of the day to see if I received the statement. Nothing happened. Today is the FOURTH of July and still nothing!!!
I phoned again after THREE business days. The lady who answered said the request is still open. What does this mean??? To me it means that someone is not doing his / her job. How can you log a request, leave it open and nothing happened. My business account as well as personal accounts are with Standard bank, but I am starting to reconsider.
