Saving no time, Wasting my money, putting me last!

It saddens me that I had to withdraw my cellphone contract from Nashua mobile after 16 years because of the inability of the staff of this shop to do their job!
Firstly I cancelled a 500 sms top-up 4 months ago and I am still being billed for this service! I have gone to this shop on 5 occasions now and still I am being billed! This after it shows on their system that this has been settled, that I have filled in the forms on three occasions.!!!
I am now and thank not with Nashua any more but still I get billed??? But there is more. There was a data promotion for a period where I can add on 1G data for the price of 500mb. Dumie the manager helped with this and what happens I get 500mb. I went in there a month ago to get info. I walk out of the shop with the promo mag. Last week when I opened the mag another clients contract details, id copy, bank acc details and proof of residence is in the Mag!!! No wonder they can not file or process any request and this is someone's personal info! Please can someone help me-owner/manager/head office!!! This shop has wasted my time, cost me money and really not put any person first!
