Account up to date, but my phone got cut

I changed over from debit order system to EFT payments on the beginning of this year, because Cell C had so many issues just to change over from one bank to another. I paid my account promptly every month, but inspite of that, Cell C kept on sending messages that I am in arrears. I send proof of payment to [Email Removed] as well as the customer care department. I got this message back on 7 June 2013:

Good day

Thank you for contacting Cell C .

We would like to apologize for the inconveniences caused regarding a non-payment sms that you received.

Please be advised that the payment is received and your account is up to date.

For further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Line on 27 84 140/140 (free from your Cell C Phone Number) alternatively you can send us an email to [Email Removed]

Now my contract is blocked!!!

I need them to sort this out. I can not wait for my contracts to expire, because I WILL NEVER do business with Cell C again.
