After reporting CellC on Hello Peter on 11/10 having got no results after 1year. Still no response. They have the cheek to advertise a Customer Care line... no one cares. All I am trying to do is get the name on the business account corrected & invoices with the correct name for the past year. Sandros is no longer answering my emails because he has forwarded the request to finance/billing! I can't get in contact with finance /billing. According to the call centre they don't have telephones? How does one get a response & solution from a company that doesnt respond??? I have just received a new invoice having been told the name has been corrected... It is still in the wrong name!!! I am so fed up with CellC. I am not being unreasonable. If there accounts dept received an invoice in the wrong name they would not pay it!
