My sisters phone was a year ago, so we paid the commitment fee (deposited the cash and sent through proof of payment). A month later the commitment fee was again debited off of our account.
We have contacted customer care and Longbeach mall CellC staff.
We have been advised that a refund will take place however nothing has been resolved.
After a year of calling and emailing (which I have proof of), I decided to attempt a last email to their customer care- of which I have had no response to but an automated email advising me that they will contact me - how impersonal.
This is terrible customer service. Do they not care that they have lost another customer???
