Statement and Invoices for May 2013

I receive all my statements and invoices for my two contracts with MTN via my email. I dont see that it can get lost then somehow. From the beginning of these contracts I received my statements and invoices regularly via my email. I noticed in June that Ive been billed over the contract amount on my 2GB contract with R5.98 for the May bill run. I dont mind if it is a bit more but then I want to see what Im billed for. I did not get my statement and invoices for May 2013.

The reason for my complaint is that I send 2 requests on the MTNSP website and also phoned their customer care centre so they should investigate why the May 2013 statement and invoices was not send to me. But no response!!!

I hope I will get an answer via Hellopeter soon.
