Vodacom' your incompetence is really getting to me

Vodacom in Century City didnt do my simswop when i went to them in August, so when i did my upgrade i couldnt use my phone for three days becayse they never forwarded my documents for the sim swop. Since i did a upgrade and received a new phone my BIS on my Blackberry didnt work. I reported it to the call centre many times, I went to the vodacom shop in tygervalley. I spoke to managers at the vodacom shop, Had to take a brand new phone to the repair shop in Tyger valley and after more than a month i still have the same problem. Here is just one of my reference nr: S3-T1X26-6F1ZN. Managers at call centre doesnt phone me back. I had to explain the problem to them 20 times allready and nobody gets it sorted out. I am Paying R369 per month and the service that is included in my contract is not working. A brand new blackberry device isnt working and they dont care. Nobody is helping me or making a decision to get me a new phone and refund me for the calls i had to make because i couldnt use my services or give me the option to cancel my contract or just fix the problem. I had 3 contracts with Vodacom, 1 got cancelled last month because of this, the other will be cancelled in Decembe
