Pensioner paying a contract she never had!

My mother called me about what Vodacom has done! She has a contract she never knew she had, paying for it monthly, and she never received a phone or sim card! A service consultant from Vodacom called her on her usual pay as you go phone, telling her the contract she has been paying for almost 2 years is due for upgrade!!! SHE NEVER RECEIVED A SIM CARD, OR A PHONE, AND THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED!! SHE NEEDS TO GET 2 YEARS BANK STATEMENTS AT A COST OF R722.00!! TO BOOT, A CHARGE FOR E-MAIL IS ALSO BEING DEDUCTED, AND SHE DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A COMPUTER OR INTERNET!!! She has been sent around from pillar to post, and NO-ONE can help her!! I WANT A MANAGER AND NO-ONE LESS TO CALL HER AND GET THIS SORTED, AS SHE DOES NOT NEED THIS STRESS WITH HER BLOOD PRESSURE!
The cell number in question is: 071 381 8290 - call it! It goes straight to voicemail! How can anyone sleep when this is what they are doing to get the extra commission?? How can they sleep at night while taking advantage of pensioners in this way!! Don't even answer that!!! This is what this country is coming to!!!
SORT THIS OUT WITH HER RIGHT NOW! IF SHE HAS A STOKE BECAUSE OF THIS, IT'S ON YOU VODACOM!!!
