On sunday my internet light on my modem went red. Spent the whole morning on the phone with different agents trying to sort it out and eventualy after being transferred to incorrect departments, being cut off and being told to get a new modem at a telkom store which I did and it still didn't wrk. They then logged fault and this morning i was told they wud only get to me in 4/5 days?? Ive only had the internet since thursday evening. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I am paying for a service that im not getting. i want a technician to sort out my problem ASAP
