ADSL went dead on Friday. Went to Telkom direct (Benoni Lakeside Mall) to get modem tested as not to pay unneccesary callout fee. Said the can't do it, I should rather get a new modem. Took 24 month contract for new modem. Got home same fault. Tellephone working, ADSL blinking. Logged a fault. Telkom contacted me a few times on Sunday, can't fix the fault. Mondy not even an effort. The service is really pathetic and not competent at all. Can't escalate the fault. no more customer care, just useless quess where you are told the can do nothing about it.
Got Unneccesary contract for 24 months.
Problem still exists.
