Internet more off than on

I have been using Telkom adsl for one week and twic ive been without service. On sunday i have a problem with my username and password and i spent whole day on the phone with different agent and eventualyy after swopping my modem they said a technician would come out to me. After complaining on HP under username tigertyson a technician came out and told me he could not help the call centre has to assist. ventually monday evening the internet worked and i even went back on HP to say how happy i was. Well yesterday i saw its down again and the call centre told me its now a line fault and they will log a call for a technician. Now come on really what is going on this is ridiculous i want my line sorted out ASAP. I had to leave work early on monday for the technician because as he told me over the phone he had to come that day and no other and i cannot just take time off willy nilly because Telkom cannot provide a service. Its really pathetic. I want feedback and i want my internet up and running.
