No Internet for 4 days - nobody is attending to it

Myinternet went down on Monday morning and after many issues and dropped calls to the call center it was restored just before 2pm on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning around 10 my phone gave 3 short rings and then went dead and my Internet went off. I called the call centre to log a fault which I was told would be attended to urgently. I called in the afternoon after hearing nothing and seeing no-one and was told it would be marked as urgent. (?) I received an SMS on Thursday morning saying it was fixed - it was not fixed. I then had the fault escalated and still no technician. I had another phone conversation and was asked if my modem was on or faulty, yet my phone line is DEAD? I then brought my IT guy in who used to work at Telkom who said there was zero signal coming from the Mini D-slam. He said often the technicians are too lazy to do proper wiring so they likely either used my connection for someone else or didn't plug it in properly. He spoke to Telkom who then said there was a big problem at the exchange and the whole of Bergvliet was down. My family live in Bergvliet and have connection. I would like someone to take responsibility and resolve this.
