Who still does business like this?

On 26/09 i completed an application for a contract via the callcentre - agent was anita dlamini. i was told that my account would be charged with R49 but at 24h00 on 29/09 i was charged R299. when i spoke to anita on 01/10 she told me it was a mistake and i would be given a credit.
i emailed her on thursday last week to say that i still had not received the device and i want to cancel the contract. she never replied. on friday i called the callcentre - i spoke to simphiwe and nokelwa. they checked and said there was no record of my application on the system. on saturday i went to hatfield telkom store. emmanual called the callcentre and spoke to simon. he lodged a case no 6860545 asking for the contract to be cancelled and my refund to be processed. nobody called me today to give feedback. when i called the billing dept i spoke to connie. she said the refund takes 5-7 working days!! sorry but that's unacceptable!! telkom debited my account WITHIN 3 days (which was not supposed to happen because its a 24 month contract)!! i want my refund WITHIN 3 days otherwise i will not hesitate to take further legal action!!
