Vodacom fail to provide promised services

Please note that I sent my phone to the Vodashop in Campus Square on the 04th of May 2013. Since then, I needed to phone the store to follow-up as nobody has ever came back to me, I was told that everything is in order and I waited for 3 weeks. Last week when I spoke to a gentleman from the store he advised me that they have not yet received a quote, then they contacted me to find out if I had insurance like 4 times, 4 different people contacted me. I advised all of them that I do have insurance and they assured me that my insurance will cover the damages.

This happened after 4 wks of me taking my phone to the store and after I've been told I will receive my phone back within 3 weeks. I have only received the claim form on Friday (24/05/2013) to complete and somebody else phones me on Monday (27/05/2013) for a fax number coz they need to send me the claim form to complete. Do you guys not have a system to let someone else know what is happening with the request, is there no communication regarding client queries/requirements.

To date I still don't have my phone coz now apparently they can only offer me a phone worth R2, 500.00 and apparently the quote was for R2, 500.00
