3 year contract with Vodacom

In December 2011, I was told by Vodacom in La Lucia that I qualified for an upgrade due to my monthly spend. So I went ahead with the upgrade. I was also made aware that I could upgrade three months prior to December. My daughters contract was due for an upgrade in September and when I went in to La Lucia to sort that out, I enquired about my contract and was told that my contract was prematurely upgraded and my next upgrade is only due in April 2014. I was never advised of this before. I call the call centre and sent numerous e mails to the customer service centre but unfortunately Vodacom does not value their existing customers. No one has acknowledged my e mails or returned my calls. My daughters renewal was handled poorly at the La Lucia branch and when I called to check if I could pick up the device I was told that the agent that assisted me was off and I should call back, the next day.i asked for the manager and she also gave me the run around. The upgrade was never done at La Lucia. Hopefully I will get a call to resolve my query and someone from Vodacom will give me proof that I signed a premature renewal. This has been going on for the past two months with no response.
