Rude and Incompetent

I'm having trouble with my Vodacom sim and my iPad, so naturally I contact Vodacom for assistance. The woman on the phone firstly doesn't know what she's talking about as she was talking to me about a "Samsung iPad" and how Wifi and Mobile data work together, so A) she's useless and I'm having to correct her every 5 minutes, B) she's talking over me and getting impatient with me because I'm correcting her when she doesn't know what she's talking about. Eventually I'm tired of her attitude and snappy little tone of voice so I ask her for her name and what area/department she works in and she pauses to hesitate before she answers me, so I don't believe she's given me the right name or area, but I'm tried of your incompetent staff and I'm tired of having to teach them their job bcuz this won't be the first time! Seriously, do you just hand out jobs for free so you can fill the numbers and look good? Pathetic service as usual!
