BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

On the 15th of January 2013 at just past 24:00 at night i redeemed my talking points for a data bundle, they took the talking points and i did not receive my data bundle, contacted the call centre, at 06:00 the 15th to quire why i did not receive my data bundle, the lady said that the talking points department only opens at 08:00 and that a consultant will contact me, well the consultant never phoned, i phoned the call centre to enquire on the 16th, the 17th and all that they said it will be sorted out within 24hours, well it is the 21st today, no telephone call, no talking points back and no data bundel, Well done Vodacom
