Knowledge, patience and amazing personality

I had purchased an Apple iPad and a Vodacom Mobie WiFi 10 days ago however was unable to connect so I returned to Macro. In addition I also needed Vodacom airtime however as I have always had a contract I'm ignorant of prepaid procedures. Bruce saw my frustration at the lack of help from Vodacom and like a patient parent took me through the steps even though it was not his responsibility at all. Then the saga of the iPad and WiFi began. I will not go into all the details it is sufficient to say that Bruce tried everything to make the devices work together. The only thing that was achieved is that Vodacom swallowed all my airtime and data bundle. He then spent close to 15 minutes trying to get Vodacom to remedy the situation however with no success. Finally we decided that enough is enough and exchanged the Vodacom Mobile WiFi for a Huiwei Mobile WiFi and Cell C sim which immediately accepted the iPad as well as my Android. This all took close to 3 hours and Bruce smiled and never showed any frustration. He was extremely knowledgeable and was patience personified. THANK YOU and well done to Cell C for finding such a gem. I will certainly change to Cell C because of Bruce!
