I have been complaining about OUR reception in our area for 9 month and that I felt that Vodacom is cashing our subscription fee without delivering any service (you can look at my wife's balance). finally somebody at Vodacom showed same compassion and offered to cancel my contract, which was a bit stupid as my contract expired the previous day. I asked him what about my wife's contract. The response was that he could not help me as my complaints were logged on my number and not my wife's number. This is so stupid as I always complained about our numbers, but all the service desk people only log one number. I am so tired to talking to service desk people and explaining the situation and I cannot phase another 9 month of talking to a brick wall...
