On Friday last week while browsing on Foschini's website, I noticed an add placed stating that they are now stocking Moroccan Argan Oil. I visited two of their branches looking for this product and none of them knew what I was talking about. The lady in their Southgate branch had such an attitude it was unbelievable, she wasn't welling to help at all, she stood around talking loudly to the other ladies in her department & said I don't know what you talking about check somewhere else. I then want to the branch in Lenasia were the staff was a lot more helpful but they also didn't know what I was talking about. How does the Foschini Group bring in a new product & not inform their staff about it? Neither does their advert say "available in selected stores" so where is the product!!! I have held my account with Focshini for a very long time and the service and attitude in your Southgate branch is getting out of hand, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! TRAIN & INFORM YOUR STAFF ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS! Are you stocking the product or not, and if you don't have it, stop your false advertising and having us as customers dealing with your incompetent and useless staff
