Unhappy about level and quality of service

On the 29th September i made an online applicatiom for a nokia lumia 920 contract phone. As per the feedback on the site someome would come back to me to walk me through the process which no one did. The next day on the 30th i phoned to get feedback and was told i could do the application on the phone. I provided all the necessary details and was asked to email through my passport which whivh i did the following day to [Email Removed] and advised it would take 48hours to get feedback which i obviously did not get. I yhen callef yesterfay on the 4th to follow up and was thrown from pillar to post. Had to call 5different numbers beforw gwtting through to the correct department. They told me my application is pending as i had not sent through the rwlevant documents which i had done on the 1st already.few minutes i was told they had found it on the mail i sent.since i have to follow up myself and have spent a lot already following up im considering acquiring this contract through another service provider as this is proving futile and utterly frustrating
