Missleading information

I was looking at the cell phones vodacom had on offer for a upgrade. I was looking at the Sony Xperia Go.
On my packages it was R199 per month. That is your airtime, the phone and 100mb off data for the 24 month off the contract. No other charges will be added.
When i got the the Celluar Bar in Alberton City on the 2013/10/04 to do the upgrade, and i must add over the phone vodacom also told me it will bee R199 per month, and i had to sign the contract it went up from R199 to R214. Even now it is still R199 on Vodacom`s web site. When i asked the lady that was helping me she told me that she do not know why it when up to that, and i have not aded any thing to the contract as well.
I think Vodacom as a service provider to South Africa must get the ducks in order.
The difference is just R15 but it is R15 that i was not suppose to pay.
I would like to hear the response from VODACOM on this 1 and i think i would be nice the hear!
