First National Bank
Very bad service

On the 4th of January 2013 I applied for a further loan, after sending me back and forth submitting documents I was told to apply for a building loan. I did that, it has been another month still I have not received any feedback. I sent an email to Mr Pillay who promised to follow up my case but nothing has happened. It has been more than 3 months since the initial application but I still have not received any feedback. Each time I make a follow up I'm told they are still busy with my application. The treatment I have received from FNB homeloans is horrible, how long does it take them to process one application? I am so disappointed and frustrated at such horrible lack of service.
