IM TYPING IN CAPS TO VENT MY FRUSTRATION.I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE (19TH JULY 2013) FOR A WHITE SAMSUNG S3. LINDA ASSURED ME THAT I WILL GET THE PHONE IN 3-5 WORKING DAYS. AFTER NOT RECEIVING THE PHONE BY THE 29TH I CALLED TO SEE WHATS UP. I WAS THEN INFORMED BY ANOTHER CONSULTANT THAT THE PHONE WAS STUCK IN SOME PROCESS (CONFIRMATION) BECAUSE THE COLOR WAS CHANGED TO BROWN WHEN I ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR WHITE. I WAS THEN DIRECTED TO 3 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, I WAS THROWN AROUND LIKE A RAGDOLL WITH NO SOLUTION. THE NUMBERS THAT I CALLED WERE 0821945, 0821950. I THEN DECIDED TO GO (29TH JULY) TO VODASHOP BLUE ROUTE TO ORDER THE PHONE THROUGH THEM SOTHAT I CAN JUST GET MY PHONE. I WAS ADVISED THAT THE VODASHOP CANNOT PROCESS A NEW APPLICATION BECAUSE MY ONLINE APPLICATION WAS STILL PENDING.SO I CALLED 0821950 TO CANCEL/ERROR THE APPLICATION BUT BEATRICE GOT CONFIRMATION FROM HER MANAGER&SAID THAT THEY WILL RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND SEND ME THE PHONE BY THE 1ST. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PHONE SO I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON PROGRESS& WAS TOLD THAT THE PHONE HAS NOT BEEN SENT AND THAT I MUST PAY R20 MORE FOR A WHITE.UNBELIEVABLE!! ALL I WANT IS MY S3 WHITE AT R279 AS ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE!
